Customer service from Mystic Tackleworks

Featured Replies

I ordered one of the new Bio-pulse lures from Mystic Tackleworks. Looks to be a real quality product and can't wait to test this baby out in the field as soon as the "ice age" breaks up down here in Va.

Anyway, I just wanted to applaud Matt and the terrific customer service I have received from him. I know we are quick to bash poor service, so I wanted to make sure credit is given where its due. I felt like I was dealing with the guy at my local tackle shop that I've known for years.

I'll be sure and post when I actually get to hit the water with this thing!

I ordered mine on 24 January and nothing has arrived.  I've sent e-mails asking for follow-up and they don't respond.  Have you recieved your order?

Yep,

I got mine a few weeks back, but I ordered back in December.
