I have 3 BPS PROLITE SPECIALS & to me they look & feel like Diawa......I'm sure this is already been covered, but who makes there reels for them? Theses are the only reels I have from them and they look just like my buddies fugo......even feel lighter! Any answers appreciated, or directions to a previous post too. Also they are for sale as well!

yes, this is generally true of some of the other BPS reels (the PQs, the carbonlites, the JM signatures, etc.). however, the prolite special and current extreme reels are quite different. it looks like like they went with a chinese manufacturer and cribbed a lot of the daiwa sol styling cues.
