Earlier someone said that the report button is for reporting spam. Is there more to report on? I thought it was for reporting misbehavior on the forum. Any comments or opinions? Just asking. Thanks.

Bass-minded you are correct on all counts. The button is there so that members can report spam, but it is primarily for reporting the failure of other member to follow the rules of these forums.
