Tennesee Tuffy crankbaits

Featured Replies

these baits look great, anyone use them?

I've seen them before but there is so many awesome cranks I got to spread my money around. No, I haven't tried them, kinda curious myself if others have.

I have some TT's and some copies.

They are made out of cedar and seem to almost suspend with a short pause.

They do float back up, but very slowly.

I have caught some 3-4 pounders in 45-50 degree water with them.

That seems to be when they shine.

Great people to deal with.

I ordered a batch of baits this winter, so they've yet to see water. They definitely are quality baits.  He has a wide array of great color patterns too. If you do an internet search, you'll find a lot of positive feedback.

They are very flexible, and will work with you. I am having him make me a batch of T-S baits that dive down to about 8ft.

Ditto Gone_Phishin -- great people to deal with. They are actually made with balsa wood, although they have a 400 - Cedar which is fairly new (it's a copy of the Poe's 400).

I've used the O-Tuffy and the T-Shad for several years. They are great crankbaits IMHO. I have also ordered the Wobbler (2") and it runs great.

All in all, you can't go wrong with any of their lures.
