My favorite jig by far is the D&L Tackle baby advantage jig, the baby advantage jig weighs 5/16oz. however they do make a regular advantage jig also. their jigs hook fish easily and usually keep them hooked, D&L has a great selection of colors, sizes and styles of jigs. check em out!

Thanks for the suggestion, is the 705cb glass rod sensitive enough to feel the bait hitting the bottom? (that is the reason that i have never owned a glass rod before)

I'm trying to decide on witch dobyns cranking rod to buy so i was just curious what you guys would recommend. I want a rod that will throw small deep divers like the bandit 300 series. i am considering either a 705cb witch is a graphite rod, or a 705cbmf witch is a moderate fast action glass rod please let me know if you have any suggestions.
