Tru Tungsten Spinnerbaits?

Anyone fish these?  I ran across a guy that has 80 of them for $35, all new in package.  I bought them, thinking what the heck.  Went and picked them up today, and they're an interesting little bait.  The free riding hook seems like it would be much less likely to let fish throw it, there's nothing for them to leverage against.

I'm thinking the bait monkey I keep reading about around here has struck.  (What can I say, it's been a long, cold, hard winter.)

I have never seen these, could you post a picture.  The free riding hook makes sense.

hooligan, i bought a few a couple of years back when *** had them on liquidation. i liked them except that the free-riding hook tended to get hung up in underwater branches a lot...in fact, i've only got one left. i'd recommend throwing them in open water or over grass but not in deep timber. i also wished they came in heavier sizes but, otherwise, they are a quality spinnerbait.

i sent you a PM too.
