If people will be patient...Its a color that will be manufactured,its just a matter of time before its released. I guess its the hype behind a winning color...I wouldnt pay that price for a color thats coming out later.And if youll notice its not even a "redeye" anymore

Somebody got ripped off.  That isn't much different than the chrome sexy shad pattern. It looks like they just added a clear coat with gold glitter mixed in. Oh, and they changed the eye color... BFD.

people will pay big bucks for a winning bait, basically because they're suckers.  If KVD was sponsored by someone other than Strike King, he would have used a different bait, he still would have won the classic, and people would be all over whatever bait he used.  He didn't win the classic because of the bait he used, he won the classic because he's the best.

I think I found a new career, painting fishing lures, LOL! REALLY $32 for a lure.  I will sell that guy my Curado for $500, light use due to my lack of being able to catch bass.

That reminds me of a custom painted sebile magic swimmer that went for $201 a couple years ago on ebay. Some people just aren't too smart

If they had waited just 8 more days, they could have got one for 5 bucks at ***.  The one on ebay looks just like the factory lure, with the clear eye instead of the red.  People are just like sheep, one does it and they all do it.  On some lakes/rivers that may be a great choice for some people but what are the chances that everyone who buys one will catch fish like KVD does?

Painting lures has paid a lot of my way through college. I look at it as selling confidence. Some see it as a waist of money and some see it as an edge. Fishing is kind of like religion in a way. You can't disprove religion and a lot of things will never be proven or disproved in fishing because we'll never really know what a fish thinks.

This happens all too often, with all different sorts of products, not just fishing lures.  It's all about the popularity of certain goods. Absolutely sickening that people are that naive.

Theres 5 billion colors of rattle traps(lipless cranks) out there and every one has the potential to catch fish and you really only need a small handful of your favorites to fish your waters sucessfully.I think anyone who goes out of their way or to great lengths to aquire a bait like that one is going to be sorely dissapointed(again) that they can't catch fish any better than they did before if in fact they ever do in the first place.
