Just to make sure i understand, there is an IGFA record for length of a fish and that length for a largemouth bass is only 24"?  I have caught fish longer than 24" and am surprised that 24" is the record as i know longer fish have been caught.

 

Interesting, i may have to look into going for this length record this next season :)

    they just started a new catch and release option, that record wont last long if some one actually wants to break it.

    It's probably harder to get one certified than to catch one.
