Trip To North Carolina - Need Some Help

Featured Replies

  • Super User

I am planning a trip to North Carolina for a weekend of fishing in March.  Can anyone recommend a good lake and guide?

I am looking to be in the Charlotte area by the way.

I don't have a boat so I need to pay someone to put me on fish.  :-(

Charlotte, is closer to Lake Wylie and Norman . I don't know which way you are driving but i am llocated near Kerr Lake and Lake gaston which are located near i85 at the border of nc and va . I95 is closer to gaston 85 is closer to Kerr.

Good luck.

Here are some Norman and Wylie guides that I found on the net.

Prices seem reasonable.
