That's great.

Never heard of Lincoln Memorial and it is nice to read that a small school can fish along with the big boys and be successful.

Thanks for letting us know.

My nephew Kyle won that tournament. He is attending that school on a golf scholarship. Only been bass fishing about a year and a half. I am really excited for him. ...................Al

The team from my school came in 2nd and one of the anglers is my normal tourny partner I was very happy and proud as a club founder. the lake was fishing tough.

Way to go Railsplitters !!!

Al, that is fantastic. Congrats to your nephew.

His school winning that event with the big boys is like Notre Dame winning the BCS  National Championship. A miracle. Except Lincoln Memorial did it.

Thanks Sam, I will pass your comments to Kyle. I don't think the separation exists in fishing that exists with the major sports in schools. They are all on pretty equal ground now but who knows where it is headed.

I suppose I will need to offer a little more support to Kyle than I have been..............................Al
