then any info on kissimmee would be great, I have only fished Toho out of the whole chain.

When are you fishing?  If it's after me I will give you my spots.

Feb. 15th and 16th.

In theory you would think Toho would fish better since ALL fished released after tourneys go into Toho NOT back to Kissimmee. Although Swindle did win the bassmasters southern open 2 years ago fishing Toho when most of the contenders locked through to kissimmee.

There are just as many tournaments out of Camp Mack (between Hatch and Kissimmee) that pull fish out of Toho.

The north chain is funny.  Some years the big bags come out of Toho.  This year the hot lake is Kissimmee.  The hydrilla got sprayed pretty hard on Toho in November which killed the bite I had going.  Kissimmee is not as hydrilla dominant so the fish are more predictable.

No I did not.  I have not seen any footage and did not get on the water.  I have a dead trim motor and have not had time to get it in the shop.

Judging from your tone I have a good idea where he was though.    :cry3:

Yes, right in the hole. Go there they're in there solid. He did exactly what I did moved in shallow.

Gar-tracker, did you fish the southern opens?

No the Elite 1 man the week before, I missed 2 fish that would put me in the top 5

Anyone fished Toho recently? Looking to get out there a few times in the next week or two? Any info would be great!

My buddy Luke Campbell won the BFL on Toho, Saturday.  Nailed a 9lber off a bed.

Dude's got a pretty sweet jersey...  :)

Dang Luke can catch em in the day time too! :eyebrows:

My old partner that moved up there along with another good buddy of mine won the Extreme last week with 23lbs, they had a 7 1/2 and an 8 3/4.

Both are good fisherman, especially after i tutored them for so long. :laugh5:

Your friends won again last night on East Lake Toho. They were flipping the outside and we were in the inside shallower.

Thats a tough team, Kips a guide up there and Bobs retired and fishes about 3-4 days a week.

Good people, I fished trails with Bob for years when he lived down here. I fished a trail in 2005 with Kip that we won.
