Lake Fork Ring Fry

Featured Replies

Does anybody use these and if so how do you fish them?  I really like lake fork baits.  That hyper lizard is pretty awesome

They are a great bait, I fish them just like I would a senko, either wacky rigged or T-rigged. They have alot slower fall than your average stickbait, and give the fish a different look..... plus they stink to high heaven!! ;D

It's far and away my top producing Carolina rig plastic here in NE.  Elsewhere, it remains a good bait for me, too.

These are probably the number one lure in this area - in addition to the rigging methods mentioned above - try using a nail weight stuck up the butt end and otherwise fished weightless - this gives 'em a different presentation and make finicky bass bite. BTW, you can also use 'em on C-rigs or shakey heads.

Never heard of them.  ;D  Wacky rig, texas rig, Carolina rig (my favorite), top water, and recently using it as a jig trailer.  I know it sounds strange but it really has a good action and catches fish.   :)

Great on a Carolina, mojo or split shot rig, and even weightless like a senko. Different look from a french fry or senko.

Good bait.I haven't used mine a whole lot,the almighty senko has taken a front seat.I should get them back out and play.

You can make a nasty little rig by using a small glass worm rattle in each end and wacky rigging it. 8-)

Ahhh.  That does sound nasty.

I have used them for over 10 years, my favorite bait. I use them texas rig most of the time. It is my number one go to bait.
