Heading back to Oregon for a few days to visit my mom due to some unique circumstances.  Anyway I have a friend back there that I'm going to spend the day with and do a varity of fishing.  I have fished this one river over on the coast by Seaside for over fourty years and will get to see it again after three years away.  Will be kind of cool to see if I can hook a steeldhead.  Than it's down the road a bit more to do some whatever bites fishing with bobbers and little jigs on a couple coastal lakes.  Hoping that the yellow perch are in close.  There should be almost zero competition on the water due to the time of year.  Anyway will post a report when I get back.  Who knows might even be a LMB in a pic!!
