but I managed to get my first bass of 2013. Just a small keeper, but on an 18" rod, 2lb test line and #14 size jig/hook, and through a 5" hole was exciting for about 15 seconds.post-889-0-27149200-1361675269_thumb.jpg

    Nice.  Still wating on my first bass of 2013.  Going out Thursday if the weathers good.  Im gonna make sure I bring my trout gear too though just in case.  Don't wanna beat a dead horse all day trying to make the bass bite.
