Fishing a local tournament this Sunday on Lake Harris in Leesburg, Fl. Any and all tips are appreciated. This is my very first tournament.

throw a gold gold trap in the eel grass off the edge of the kissimmee grass, reel it as soon as it hits the water, if it hangs in the grass rip it loose.

Wont have an opportunity to pick up a gold before this tournament. Do you think a baby bass colored trap would do good?

Baby bass can be a productive color, but if you have something with a little more flash like chrome or white I'd throw that
