Whipped By Lake O Again

Featured Replies

Fished both bass buster tournys last weekend with some fish in mind found the previous weekend. Went to the fish sat morning and missed more fish than I ever have in my short fishing life. Left there empty handed and on to next spot, caught a 5.5 on bed and another 3 but by then was getting late so decided to practice for sunday. Went back sunday and water looked completely different. Caught a ton of little ones, couldnt see the beds, and finished with 9lbs.

Had the fish to atleast check sat just could not put them in the boat. Sunday just couldnt get bites. Oh well keep trying.

Have 2 tournys there this weekend, guess I'll donate some more.

Its like golf.

Hard, thats why we love it.

Fished yesterday our best five probably weighed 11-12 pounds our biggest fish was around 4# it was tough fishing  we only had about 8-10 bites  we fished from 7:00-1:30.

I hit up the lake on Sunday. Only caught dinks. I missed a nice top water strike first thing on a frog in the grass. I caught most on a stick bait. Saw beds but the bunks were empty.

I'm getting used to the beatings from the lake at this point..... I haven't put a complete solid performance there yet....

I go there next week for the 1st time. I guarantee victory!!! Im bringing baits that are banned in Serbian Countries!!!!! Warfare!!!!! Im coming back with a 30lb sack o fish.

Hey, at least you guys are fishing.  I've been working and on the road constantly this year.   I've been in the boat three times since January, and all three times it was a dink fest.

I'm gonna have to change the name of my blog from the "Hawg Blog" to the "Dink Blog".
