So, I bought a pack of the 3" bubble gum colored senko's, granted I haven't fished them a whole lot. what I'd like to know is, has anyone caught bass on these..?  ;)

If you have, was the water clear, stained or a mud hole..?

Never bought bubble gum, but I bought a pack or trout colored ones, they are tri-colored and have green, white and pink. with black flake. I haven't caught a darn thing on em yet though. LOL

Fine, but we'er talkin Senko's here... ;D

farm pond fish seem to love them, but about the same as a normal senko every color has its day.

I have a pack but haven't used them. Would they be a good choice in murky water?

One time when my daughter accompanied me to a local shop, I promised her that she could pick whatever lure she wanted. I was thinking that she was going to pick some "cute" crankbait, but oh no. She saw a pack of pink bubble gum senkos picked it.

I tried to coax her into getting something else because I wasn't going to be buying any pink lure. She countered with the, "but you promised that I could pick whatever I wanted."

Darn, I was honor bound now. Fast forward to finally getting to use them.  First cast, whack! 4 lb largemouth. I was in shock. It was pretty beat up so I wacky rigged the beat up lure. Second cast, bam!

I started laughing so hard in disbelief that I could have lost that fish.  Two back to back casts, two cookie cutter bass, one senko. Go figure.

I was sold after that. The 3" versions are now a part of my drop shot arsenal, thanks to my daughter. That mentality of mine of no self respectin' basser is going to fish with some pinky colored lure went the way of the dinosaur that day.

Yes, they work.

And give the lemon (no flake) #192 a try, too.

Caught two in a row on Buggs Island throwing the lemon last year.  My partner could not belive it.  ;)

I have had luck on the very bright Lemon and Chartreuse/Grn and Chart flake, but I haven't caught more than a few fish on Bubble Gum soft plastics of any style.  I see people fishing them, so they must be doing well on them.

In a couple of lakes I fish the smallies absolutely annihilate bubblegum senkos (and any other hot pink bait).  In other ones they won't touch them.  Still trying to figure that one out.
