Has anyone tried the Zoom super swimmin fluke?

Featured Replies

Those look real nice. If they work like the fluke, you can't go wrong. I don't see why they wouldn't be good.

Sure looks like it would be fished as a swimbait.

just got a pack to try from TW couple days ago, will be testing them out for smallies on the james river this weekend..ill let you know how i do! i would say with the looks of the paddle tail its gonna be more of a swimbait.

Only had one outing with them and it was for Striper, but from what I saw, it's gonna be a bass killer.  Beautiful action but not to much.

I bought a pack a couple weeks ago its more like a swimbait than a fluke.

I still can't get over the size of them bluegill you caught the other day. Jeezum crow man.

I've gone through several packs of them already down here using it like a swimbait. Keel weighted hook and hurl it out and retrieve. Most of my larger fish this year have been caught on them.  Smokin Shad has been my most productive color.  The Peacocks down here seem to like the watermelon color.

A friend of mine bought a pack the other day and gave me 2 to try.  Hoping to give them a whirl in a few days.

bought a pack in watermelon. i didnt use an unweighted hook and that thing just spun. im going to see if i can get away with using a small split shot on the bend of the hook to keep it from spinning.

I tried a pack and didn't find much action in them at all. I like the swimming Senko MUCH better!

good swimbait. only get about two fish off of one though. caught some nice ones the other day on watermelon seed but smokin shad i think looks the best

I wish they made them in Junebug.  Looks like you would fish it just like a swim senko or a skinny dipper.  Texas rig a 4/O EWG Hook and a 3/16oz bullet weight.  Cast it out and reel it back.

Skinny Dipper 7pk, $4.79, $.68 each

Swim Senko 10pk $5.99, $.60 each

Swimmin Fluke 5pk $3.79, $.76 each

Swimmin Fluke is a little more expensive than the competition.
