Just wanted to see what you guys have to say bout the new stuff i ordered for my setup. Got the quantum accurist reel(not PT). 7:1 gear ratio. For my rod i went with the Ardent denny brauer series rod. 7'6" heavy. and got the Seaguar AbrazX fluoro line, 25 lbs. test. I know this stuff isnt exactly top notch the best but im kind of on a budget. Just thought if anyone had used or does use any of this, they could give me their opinions on how it worked for them. thanks!

Seaguar is good stuff but I know nothing about quantum reels or ardent rods... If you like it that's what matters

sounds like a good setup! if you experiencing lots of line abrasion, try switching to a braided line, other than that sweet setup!
