Any Pipe Smokers On Board?

Featured Replies

I'm thinking about making a pipe holder for my boat to quickly stow my pipe when I have a fish on.  I have the standard folding plastic seats with the tool tray attached to the side.  I'm thinking about attaching a short piece of 1" PCV pipe to the tool tray but I need to put a notch or somthing in it to keep the pipe upright.  Anyone tried this or have any suggestions?

Not for me, but I like the smell of pipe tobacco.

I think LowBudgetHooker has some pipe experience.

Not unless its a glass "tobacco" water pipe. Which I might add tobacco taste very good out of. Don't really know many people that use glass when fishing though.

Nah... im more of a marlboro man. On occasion ill smoke or chew on a cheap cigar. And yes ill smoke a cheap cigar while i fish.

Lots of pipe smokers in Washington.  We were known as the evergreen state.  Now its the green bud state. I'm moving to Texas where I can get some brisket on my biscuit.

I smoke Savinelli churchwardens straight stem, I would just stick the stem into the pvc leaving the bowl exposed, assuming u mount the pvc vertically
