Looks like a musky bait commonly referred to as a "creaper" definitely moves water. Like it...

Also looks like a Heddon Crazy Crawler with a prop on the tail.

I've been waiting for a decent creeper for a few years. I've tried to build them, and have had various success and failure.

The huge numbers of fish I've caught on larger, Muskie sized creepers drove me to find something like it in a smaller package. I will most assuredly be seeking a couple of these out.
