Holiday Park?

Featured Replies

Hey guys going out to Holiday Park this Friday4/26/13 for the first time in a while.Any info would be appreciated!

I haven't fished it in 3 weeks but I heard the bite has died down a lot since then.

I went there last Sunday with my seven year old son.  We only fished from 9-1:30 and our five biggest were about 15lb...so the fishing was a little better than what I was expecting.  More details on my blog, check the last entry...

Dont they start dropping the water level around this time of year? I remember they use to.

You could start a whole thread dedicated to what they do to the water levels out there. You would get a lot of different opinions. Personally I think they do what is in the best interest of the farmers to the north, and I'll leave it at that.

Holiday was jammin yesterday. Multiple 20 plus bags and one over 30..... Hopefully that's holds for next Sunday kotg.....

we had 18#'s and lost 2 that would of put us close to 25. spook and flipping got all of our fish. this sunday is the final round of kotg. hope to see you guys out there.

I fished Holiday Park Saturday with Leo DeVega.  We caught 21lbs and lost a 6-7lb right by the boat that would have put us around 24 (didn't bring the net).

I'll be fishing solo at KOTG Sunday.  If you see me out there come say hi!

The fish were on lockdown Sunday....  between the million boats running around and the tons of water they pushed south we just barely caught a limit....  Most everybody struggled from what I heard....
