    I love the chartreuse/white combo for stained water (assuming it's stained water you're fishing). Add a colorado blade to get some thump with the action, again if the water is stained.

    Otherwise, if you're fishing clearer water, go with a natural forage bait to imitate what the bass are feeding on.
