the insert of the top tip fell out of my Quantum Smoke rod.  I am still under warrranty and contacted Quantum.  They are going to replace my rod as long as I send it in with receipt.  Hope this all works out.  I still have a rod tube from *** that I will use to ship it off.  Thumbs up to Quantum!

Yep, Quantum will take care of you. I've dealt with their customer service department before and they've been great. No worries with them.
