Does anybody know a small dropshot bait tha will catch panfish and/or bass.....if so what is your fav color and how do you fish it

Try a small grub. I have caught panfish with 'em while trying for bass. I was using a chartreuse and a purple.

Gulp minnows in the smaller sizes. Black and silver and chartreuse and white do well for me. Last year I caught bluegills, redear, crappies, bass and a five pound channel cat.

2nd this, I caught crappies, yellow perch and bass with them.  Reminds me I need to re-stock, just last week I caught perch and a 3lb bass using this technique.
