Try to watch videos,but they keep buffering every 3 or 4 seconds. No problems anywhere else,you tube,etc. Dell inspiron laptop. Less than 2 yrs. old. Not tech savvy,so need some help.

I sometimes have that problem cuz my wireless internet is garbage.  If I hardwire my laptop directly to the modem, it works fine.  You could try that if you want but since you say you don't have problems on other sites, this is probably not your problem.  The majority of the videos on this site are on YouTube.  Just go there and search 'bassresource' and you should be able to find his channel.  That guys got some really helpful videos.

I have tried hardwire,same results.Thanks for info. I'll try it.

I asked a computer guy what to do when the DVD skips.

 

He said wash it off with soap and water and it should be fine.

 

I have never done this so how about you trying and letting us know if it works.

My dvd player works fine.It's the online video's I have trouble with. Guess you will have to try that fix yourself.
