I got this Loomis worm and jig rod in GLX, and am wondering what others are using it for, besides worming. Does anyone use it for spinnerbaits or senkos?

    I had an 803 GLX but upgraded to an 803 NRX. The NRX is not quite as fast as the GLX. Both make outstanding spinnerbait/swim jig rods. I'm not real crazy about using XF for senkos, but they work just fine for them.

    I have the 855 CBR. It's the crankbait rod thats a little stiffer than the others. I find it to be a little too flimsy for plastics and a little too stiff for crankbaits. Just me I guess. I plan on getting another GLX to remedy this.

    Personally for senkos I would have to agree with Quitlimpin about the XF. Also it depends with GLX you have. I would want the lightest they make.
