War eagle spinnerbait blades?

Featured Replies

Is it me or are these things very bendable? They seemed very, very thin.

I bent both blades(willows) this weekend bumping it against some boat docks. After my 3rd cast i noticed it.

:-?

I fish the War Eagle baits a lot. This week-end I fish the 1/4 oz. d/w most of the time. While bass fishing I also caught several jack fish which normally tear up a spinner bait but I had no problems. I have never had a blade bend & I throw them under docks & in the hucklebuck without a problem. Does this happen to you all the time?

Like scbassin, I do not have any problems with my War Eagles.

Replaced two today at Green Top.

Very good spinnerbaits and this is the first time I have ever heard of anyone have a problem.

Let us know what you find out or if the condition continues.

Thanks for sharing.  ;)

If my wife haven't broke the camera i would be able to take a picture and show you guys.

I was looking at it today again and it's pretty banged up. Considering i only made about 20 casts with it before changing up something different. It kinda surprised me a little.

Those blades are definitely thin though. never really had problems with blades bending on any spinnerbaits before.

Never had any problem with any of my War Eagle spinner baits either.

Later, ;)

Grimlin,

I have several Booyah spinnerbaits and buzzbaits all in white and chartruse color. If you decide you dont like the wareagle I would trade you 1 for 1 anytime ;)
