  3. The Rod & the way you use it is just fine. It's the set up I use for my bottom fishing, It works great. Why spend more money?
  4. I have 3 of the CH-101- D7's. I have never had a problem with them & do not plan to replace them with something newer. Why change something that is not broke.

  6. I have 3 743C FH with Shimano Scorpion 71 XG's on them. These are excellent rods & have good sensitivity. You can not go wrong with that rod

  8. Catt said Everywhere I fish has Hydrilla, Coontail, Milfoil, lily pads, water hyacinth, reeds, brush, timber, Cypress trees, ect. I highly doubt any bass can pick my line out of that mess. I fish the same Heavy stuff & have no idea if a fish cane see the line in that stuff. My point was why sit around with a sharpie to color your line, when you can get a spool that has it done for you.
