Anybody Here Fish The Yadkin Chain In Nc?

Featured Replies

Hey, I have been reading the thread about Shouthern NH and just wondered if we could start something similar in NC.

I fish in Davidson and Forsyth county.  When I take the boat out I head to High Rock or Badin.

Anyone here hitting those lakes?  If so, what kind of luck are you having?

I've been out a few times near by but it has been one of those crazy years where I have no free time to fish.  Looking forward to getting after it soon though.

later guys.

i'm heading down this summer and have found amazing info on ncangler.com

Thanks, I'll check it out.  I see lots of coastal fishing activity but not much freshwater.  I log on to a few web sites but its mostly tournament info.

Lordy, Lordy, NCAngler.com is a nice web site.  Lots of people in NC posting in there.

thanks!

Yep, I live on the Catawba chain and get over to the Yadkin as well.   High Rock, Badin, Tuckertown, Tillery are all great fisheries and all are having a great 2013 with nice bags of fish being weighed in tournaments.
