How about this one... I'm going on a trip leaving Memorial Day and fishing all week!' took a week of vacation from work and everything.. So I made a 200 dollar tackleware house order Wednesday and paid for 2 day shipping.. Not only is my stuff coming in Tuesday, at 5:30 AM I get a email saying 15 percent off almost everything!!!lol that would have saved me 30 bucks.. Or more than likely I would have got 30 more dollars worth of Tackle!

It's my fault! I was thinking saturday was a business day so The receiving of my package Tuesday is understandable! I just wish they would have said.. "Hey if you wait a day and a half you can take advantage of our sale" lol

You might be able to call and ask for the discount.

Tackle warehouse customer service is unreal!

Well they asked if I wanted a gift card for what I would have saved.. I told them I would love one. And also told them I am a very loyal customer.. I don't even visit bass pro or anything any more and I have there sticker on my truck:. But I have yet to here back from them confirming anything.. I hope I do though.. That would be awesome to receive a gift card I need some more top water stuff!!

I've made 1 order from TW. Items were shipped quick and prices were very decent for what I ordered. I would not hesitate to make another order from them.

Just wanted to add at I have had a similar experience with *** customer service. They were fantastic. I have started doing more bait planning som can make,use of those guys. It's easy to walk out the front door and buy what we need, but I'd like,to see these guys going to succeed. Just my two cents worth.
