Tomorrow im going fishing in the morning to a 100 or so acre lake.

 

The weather tomorrow look like its going to be: Mainly sunny with a high of 72 and winds 10-15MPH, as for water clarity i think the lake is 2-4 feet visibility, the lake is shallow and weedy with a max depth of 6 feet

 

 

P.S a 2 day cold front blew in starting yesterday and continuing today. How will this affect my fishing?

 

I was thinking about throwing swim baits, spinnerbaits if the wind picks up, and t-rigs if the bite is slow! what do you think?

Search with the spinnerbaits, slow it down and get 'em on the Texas rigs. Toss a squarebill around any laydowns that you can find. Or throw a lipless crank above and through the weeds, ripping it out for a reaction bite. Boy, that sounds easy from my couch. Good luck and go get 'em!

I'd go with a lipless crank, or a spinner bait. Love a spinner bait when it's windy with a little chop on the water.

Fished that scenario this morning. Except it was 75 acres and a little deeper. Caught four bass, one sock, and a soccer ball. All on lipless cranks, except for the soccer ball, that was wind blown.LOL. I will do the same thing tomorrow, lipless, spinnerbait, and t-rigged worm.

What about a hollow body swim bait?

Swim bait's should work especially wel if the grass is a foot or so from the top.

I fish them as I would a lipless crank, just tick it off the tops of the grass jerking it hard when you feel the grass and letting it sink a lttle in any holes.

Absolutely! Rigged on a weighted swimbait hook, these baits are equally as effective as spinnerbaits for bass under windy conditions. I like the SK Shadalicious myself, but even some solid body models, such as the Keitech Swing Impact on a jig head or swimbait hook will work.

Wind = spinners for me . If I find some deep grass then I like throwing my big swimbaits over top for the big girls

All great advice here! Just one more thing, I'm confused when I should use a swim jig over a swimbait... It someone could answer it would clarify things a lot!

If the  bite is still tough due to the cold front, you'll want to slow it down a little, but you won't know that until you try a spinnerbait or crank.  If you don't get any love with those, I'd opt for the swimbat as a weightless Senko (my first choice) is going to be tricky to fish in the wind.
