Has anyone seen this top tier cross bar sytem for utility trailers? I`ve seen it on-line and it looks very interesting to me. After converting boat trailer to kayak hauler,I think I want to tackle this project. I have a utility trailer that I would like to convert to a top tier cross bar system for utility trailers. The problem with the ones on-line is that they cost almost $300.

 I think I can make a simular system using uni-struts and u-bolts for around $100 or less. I think I would use this trailer more after converting it because I would be able to haul anything else I wanted under kayaks with room to spare.
