Awesome!  My fishing days are seriously numbered in June, with school out and all. However, I hope to put some numbers up quick starting tomorrow because I am going to my monthly trip to the glades. Fstr385, congrats.

That's a good idea. If we got enough people in on this, someone could end up with a nice little supply. Lou, Id join ya over that way, but we made plans to make the long haul to Okeechobee again tomorrow. Really hoping to hit some of those 7-10 pounders I keep seeing people get up there. :threaten:

Maybe I can catch a fish this month!

Fstr385, good luck tomorrow bud. Maybe you can take a page out of Capt. Shane's book. Have you seen those pigs? I will stick with my fishing grounds I have never fished the lake before. I hope the rains have not made bass start their migration back into the glades early.

Went out today and caught a 18", 19", and 21". Caught the 21" on a 10" worm in June bug. The other 2 on a strike king swim jig with a KVD coffee scented rodent.

I will upload pics when I get to my computer

So my total being 58"

Went back out to that spot this morning around 6:30 til 10am had 4 missed strikes and a nice 3 lb come unhooked as I was about to get it to shore.

I saw a baby water moccasin threw my worm past it and it attacked it, bite onto the end if the worm

I am going to go back out today so hopefully I can add to my totals

If snakehead count Im in, if its bass, Im still scoreless

If we allowed snakeheads you south Florida guys would kill us in terms of length, I'm from Jacksonville and I have never even seen a snakehead in any of the places I fish

My sentiments exactly!

I went bass fishing yesterday, and all I got was 3 stupid snakeheads! LOL! Here's a pic of the larger one from yesterday:

Finally I can put some fish on the board. Like I mentioned on Fri, went to the Glades yesterday and I managed to catch these fish. Pretty tough day considering how high the water was. In order of appearance. First fish, 16.5", 2nd 17", 3rd 16", 4th 16", and 5th 15". Total top five so far in June 80.5"

Any day now.

Those are some nice fish Lou. I always wanted to fish the glades but don't know anybody with a boat

MCS, best wishes. May baby and mommy do well. AK-NJ1986, thanks man. I lost a monster half way to the boat yesterday. Broke my heart. If you ever find your way down here to South Fl. send me Pm.

All I got were these. There was a tournament out of Clewiston yesterday. South bay probably would have been a better idea. Then rain in the early afternoon. 21" and 18" . Got a couple maybe up to 15" but figured Id beat em.
