I fish in a local pond that the city puts a blue dye in to help try to kill vegetation by starving them of sunlight I have not found anything on good colors for this conditions and am looking for help

(P.S. the water looks as if you got a cup of water and put blue dye in it and is VERY DARK and hard to see past 2 feet)

Some of the farmers do the very same around here. I'd pass on it and find different water until it clears up.

This may be mosquito larvae poisoning too. They do that In some ponds around where I live and I see dead bass.

I'd say white would be a good choice.
