  1. Hey guys I purchased a daiwa t3 ballistic a couple months back and I'm having some problems with it. I used copolymer line with my reel and had no problems but I put braid on the reel and now when I cast it when it hits a certain point and the spool will stop almost immediately and it causes backlashes. I know what I'm doing with a bait caster to a point where a backlash becomes rare so I don't think it's my skill that's causing it because it's always at the same point when it stops and I was wondering if there's something wrong with the reel or if it's the braid that's causing it to happen. Thanks,
  2. The bast way to find out is to look at their mouths if their mouths and gullets are exceedingly red they are eating craws because of the cold I would fish a black and blue flake craw imitating lure
  3. Hey guys I had a really nice bass today out of a pond by my house. Amazingly I caught the same fish the day before and I know this because of a distinctive eye shape. I hooked him in the side of the mouth by the joint where the jaw opens in a bony part of his mouth and he got tore up some and I was wondering if he would be ok because I am really worried that he will not make it.
  4. your spool may be chipped or bent somewhere either on the spool or on the stem of the spool eother way I know it can be hard to want to put in the money but its best to have it checked by a professional just open the reel Manuel and you will see that there are hundreds of itty bitty parts that are essential for full function of the reel. If I were you I would get it checked out so you don't have to end up buying a new reel.
  5. I caught 87 fish in less than 8 hours with a red eye shad so uh yeah that's my favorite
  6. I know asking this is going to sound bad because all other states lakes are frozen over, but anyway in San Jose California it's been the driest and warmest winter in decades averaging out around 70 air temperature and it's been affecting the bass's willingness to feed. It's been hard to get a bite in this awkward temperature for this time of year. Because the bass think its winter but it really is more like spring so what I'm really asking is how can it locate fish easily and what lures should I use. Thank you, Anything helps Ps sorry for bad punctuation I'm doing this on my phone
