Has anyone fished any of the Kistler KLX models, specifically he 6'6" ML spinning rod? I just pulled the trigger on one and am wondering the size spinning reel I should pair with it. I'm leaning towards a 1000-size Stradic FJ.

For anyone who has fished any KLX model, what were your impressions? I stayed away from Kistler for a few years mostly due to the blank inconsistencies but the weight, price and NFC blanks used for the KLX motivated me to give Kistler another shot.
