Ive been lurking long enough! Time to throw my hat into the ring, and introduce myself. 

 

Im Drew, I moved from Southern California to Katy, Texas in April of 2012. Since then, Ive started bass fishing, and bream fishing along with some inshore and surf fishing down at the coast. I spend most of my time bank fishing in the community ponds around Katy, although I have made a trip Conroe, and had a blast catching bass and bream up there.

 

I owned and operated a blue-water tackle manufacturing company in So-Cal for 17 years, and spent more days on the water than I can count. Ive turned to bass fishing to scratch that itch, and so far so good! My local ponds range from an acre to about 5 acres, and in my very limited experience the bass in them seem to prefer soft plastics. My confidence bait is a Zoom finese worm in pumpkin, weightless in the warm months and C-rigged when the grass dissapears. Although recently, Ive been doing well with weightless craws in a variety of color.

 

I have already used this place for tackle purchases that Im thrilled with, so thanks!
