Which Shimano Crucial Should I Get?

Featured Replies

I am planning to pick up a shimano crucial rod to be used for jig fishing and some flipping or creature baits. I am stuck between the 7'5" heavy flipping rod, the 7'7" MH xfast flipping rod, and the 7'2" MH xfast worm and jig rod. Any suggestions?

I have a crucial rod with chronarch on it, it's 6'8", MH-F, and I love it for t-rigged plastics. i'm getting a H-F 6'8" with chronarch 200E7 next, for jigs and top water frogging. i really love the shorter 6'8" rods, they're light, have good back bone to work fish out of cover, super sensitive, and cast great. i have one crucial and 2 compre rods now, and will be adding another crucial soon.

I have the 7'2 mh xf crucial and love it. Xf mh all day long for jigs.
