i bought a boat and trailer for such a generous price and this is my first boat and im in the dark and i plan on buying a trolling motor! it is a 16 foot hull and the floor will need work! i paid $75 for hull and trailer and could use some help on where to get started! im 17 and i live in texas and i just want to get some knowledge about what i need to do before being able to get on the water! just tell me everything i need to know!

should probably clean it up real good and see if the floor is soft or not...if it is you are in for some work

Hellova project boat. Worse comes to worse you scrap the hull and sell the trailer for more than you paid.

It depends on how handy you are with tools and making  things. You have a lot of work ahead and if  you have the time and talent for it, you can certainly make this into a great boat.  I've seen photos (there are some here) of people turning boats in far worse shape into an awesome fishing machine.
