How are the fishing piers in Broward/Miami? Any recommendations if i want to catch some snapper or other good eatin' fish? Tactics?

    There are mangroves and some muttons around pier pylons, squid, shrimp and live glass minnows.  Rougher water brings them in, not too many keepers close in, offshore mangroves can be 10#.
