Trigger X Big And Little Moe

Featured Replies

I was checking these out at BPS, but did not take the plunge. I am wondering if anyone uses these creature baits. If so, which works better, big or little? Also, what colors do you find to be most productive? Thanks for the help.

They work pretty well here in VA.  Just as well as my other creature baits.  I do like the durability though.  As for which size to buy: both.  Some days you can catch fish on the larger ones, but others you may need to downsize to get bites.  I would recommend picking up some of each.  Hope this helps.

What kind of set up do fish them on, spinning/casting? Weightless or T-Rigged? Thanks

I use the big moe but I use it as a creature bait to flip and pitch with instead of using it like a standard lizard.  The big moe isn't going to get a bunch of bites but it will get big bites most of the time, not that I haven't caught 1lb and 2lb fish on it because I have but I never caught those 10" dinks either. If you are fishing in a place where there is a population of large fish then go with the big moe, the smaller size is good all around bait and if you want more numbers then I'd opt for that but they are good baits and work very well.

I bought some from Academy on clearance and as not impressed.  I will use them up but will not buy anymore.
