Godfreys Pond Near Batavia Ny

Featured Replies

I heard the bass fishing at Godfrey's is good but I went there for 7 hrs today to check it out because it was opened to the public. Anyways, I didn't hook on to 1! I had one bite all day and it was on a jig. Anyone here a member of the pond? Looking for info as I might give it another try but I will have to sign up and pay for a membership. Thanks

There is another quarry right in Batavia that looks decent I'm gonna hit it during the week I think.

Fishing yesterday was tough all over locally, what with all the rain and the blistering cold front that moved through.  Smaller ponds are more affected by this, as well.  Godfrey can be pretty good, but you have to grind them out.

We did good on conesus yesterday in the evening almost every other cast was a largemouth.

That's Conesus, though, lol.  Place is a bass factory!  Got to get 20-22+ to win any tournaments there.
