I think you're probably talking about wlure. They're the only chinese company I can think of that makes crankbait blanks.

Virtually all unpainted lures you can order on the internet are made in China.  There are lots of sources - Bustin Bass Baits, Predator, Janns Netcraft, Lureparts Online, etc etc.

 

The trick is finding some that work well.  Just because it looks cool, or looks like a $25 Japanese lure, that doesn't mean it is.
