My question is I don't see a harness with battery terminals that hooks up to run the console switches ect. I have the starting battery hooked up and installed the trolling motor plus the 2 batteries for 24v. All that stuff works but no switches turn anything on.

    My Ranger has a circuit breaker that I have to turn on to power up all the switches.  Mine is right under the back lid.

     

    Sounds like you have something simular.
