Hi there. My Pflueger president 6'6' light action, im-8 graphite, 2 piece rod broke with a loud snap. Unfortunately, I am now looking to replace the top half. I guess the manufacturer does not supply rod parts for purchase( do any manufacturers do?). I know this is probably going to be a long shot, but if anyone here knows where I can get one then I would be very grateful. I know it's not really that expensive, but I had it for about 4 years and really like it. I caught a ton of fish on it from both salt and freshwater; it was great for light tackle. If no one knows then I guess buying it again will have to do.

A rod builder might be able to build you a top half, but at that point you would probably be better off cost-wise just getting a new rod.

Thank you for the reply. I may just buy the basspro carbonite rods that are on sale. Hopefully it will still be on when my paycheck comes in.
