Antique Lures

Featured Replies

I went to visit my dad the other day and he gave me these three lures that were his dads.  My dad is 88 so the lures have to be early 1900's. Just wondering if any knows where I can get any information about these, I know the one is a creek chub pikie but the others I have no idea, I have searched the web and haven't seen anything like them

Save and cherish them. There part of your families fishing history too.

Thanks bigbill I have no intention on selling them, was already looking forward to when I can leave them for my son.  Just thought It might be kinda neat to know what company they were from. I never got to meet my grandpa, he died before I was born.  No way would I ever part with these.  I never knew he was into bass fishing.

That's some good painting for early 1900s
