A good top water night bite is a blast. "Secret spots" ? Everywhere I fish has boat launches.

Since I got to work this weekend I am going to get my bass fix through you. You better post some pics of some lunkers.

Yeah I have that spot I should you which is the go to place and another.. but I have a few places I only fish once in awhile which are top secret! I don't bring anybody to or tell anybody about :0 hope I get some tanks!

And I am not sure on the BASS thing, I do know that the nhbassfederation  was at the qualifiers and the championship. At the championship we got some free stuff which was cool for sure...

 

We came in 3rd out of 35 teams in the qualifying tourney, top 11 teams went to championship. We came in 7th at the championship, no excuses we just didn't have a good day... I did catch one of the bigger smallies in the tourney though at 3.46lbs

Ah thats too bad man.Pretty cool to have that big of a program though. Its a ton more interest then we had   We only had 7 teams show up to the states.

Lots of small fish today on green pumpkin jig with rage baby craw as trailer, the biggest went 16". At one point I was flippin in an area where there was a large tree in the water. I pitched my jig right in between 2 large branches and felt a fish, as soon as I began attempt the hook set I see a 4.5 to 5.5lbs largemouth dart right at the boat... missed

 

Still a pretty good day and nice to at least see a pretty big one...

Bout the same... had a tourny today had the smallest bag of 5 fish ive ever had at 8.5 pounds.

Nothing big at the Ct river this morning,  2 at 17 inch Tonight Tinker road bridge.

Only had a couple hours yesterday before I got sick of the wind and dinks. Only one over a pound, was this guy at 17.5". Jig was all I could get em on.

Well you sure caught more fish then I did Grizz. I worked all weekend. I am looking forward to getting out this coming weekend. I don't care if its snowing out either. I am going to catch some fish.

On going to try again after class today. let see if I can get a brunch bite! I got my coffee scented plastics out..

With the weather coming in there may be a good chance of snow this weekend either way fish will be caught!

As was proved to be "confirmed" by the TV show Mythbusters:

 

From Popular Science Aug. 1995, chemist Paul Krebaum provided the recipe for the bathing concoction. [Mix together] One quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide, one quarter cup of baking soda, and one teaspoon of liquid soap.  Bathe your pet in this solution and rinse with tap water. Krebaum warned that there is no way to store this potion. "If you put the ingredients in a bottle, the whole thing would explode."

Great day at the lake today. Nothing huge but the bite was consistent. Seemed like all the fish had a nice belly on them.

18", 17.5", 17", 17", 16.5" Total 86".

Very nice Mars. While you were fishing down in Maryland I was watching it snow up here in VT. What is the water temperature ? What did you get them on ? Hopefully I will be able to catch a few this weekend rain/snow/sleet or shine.

I wish we'd get a little snow around NH haha then tracking really takes off for deer hunting.
