Horton's And Their Warranty?

I didn't know till I read that Horton sold their assets to tenpoint. But people are saying now it will be hard to get parts or their warranty covered? My uncle has a Horton's legend and they limbs from what I was told are broken. He cannot get in touch with Horton. Does anybody know anything on the sold assets, warranty, products? they site I read said they no longer assists and what replacement parts there is, once they're gone they're gone.
