Fall Night Fishing

I see a lot of post about fall day fishing and finding bass during the day.. what do.you guys. Like throwing at night during the fall?

For me my number one is a big black jig with rattles..either a uncle.Josh pork trailer... or. Some type.of craw trailer... sprayed with scent

Top water hasn't been working... for me latley

But I'm really trying to.gain confidence in weightless soft plastic...specifically Texas rigged worms at night.

I have so many worms I don't use just solely I have no confidence in them... as to waky rigged senkos they are my go to...

What do you guys like.to.throw.at night during the fall?

Try a spinnerbait. They work well for me and allow me to cover water. Another option is the buzzbait. Between these two lures you should be able to catch a few fish at night and some lunkers too.

I've had a few very memorable nights in fall fishing at night.

A spinner bait before the turn over in early fall.

After the lakes turn over here in mid and then late fall (as the weather allows) a 5" hollow belly swim bait slow rolled at the edge of the first drop has been very productive.

Bundle up and go for it.

I'll be out there To-Night.

Yeah I use spinner baits with a big Colorado blade.... oh yea I'm ready... last night was brutal my hands were numb about 40 mins... I forgot my gloves!! Managed to snag a few bass...off a rock pile that normally hold big bass I couldn't find them there.. so I went the lake we a buzz bait and a popper hitting the banks...

I got some hollow bodies to tty this year.. what size weighted hook do you use ??

As I'm targeting fish in 10-20 feet, I fish them on a jig head.

Owner Ultrahead Saltwater Bullet Jig heads usually 1/2 ounce.

Berkley Powerbait Flatback Shad works well also.

I am still using a black Jitterbug brokentail with knockers inside cranking slower , also using Rage craws, Dark colors , weedless or with a small noisemaking weight on the tail.   There is a good picture on the Luck in Southern NH thread posted by Shane J.
